Shade The Echidna (シャド・ザ・エキドゥナ, Shaderu Za Ekiduna)is a mobian echidna and former leader of the Nocturnus Clan forces.Some time ago she was once Sonic's enemy,but changes sides when after discovers her master's true goals.

Biography

Shade first encounter with Sonic and co.

Shade has lived with her lost clan,the Nocturnus Echidnas,which were exiled by Argus to the Twilight Cage almost 4,000 years(from Earth's perspective).However Shade along a few warriors succeeded in going back to Sonic's world by means of phase-shifting technology,only to find that several thousand years had passed there while they had been gone.They successfully stole six of the Chaos Emeralds.
